Simm Associates sent in two payments to Simm Associates for the month of February,2008. They sent one payment through and held the other one until march. Newark Delaware

Sent two checks for payment in February, 2008. They sent one check through and held the other check until the middle part of March, 2008. Trying to make the second check bounce. When they sent the 2nd check through, it had stamped "Returned Reason - A Non-Sufficient Fund". I contact the bank and they never had the check to be returned for lack of funds. They are a big, big, big rip-off. I have had several ugly dealing with this company. I sure hope that someone can do somethings. Also, they are big members of the BBB.
