Some how my discover card account got copied and someone spent close to 3,000 grand at a home depot I have never been in and I told them I'm not paying them any of it close 2 years ago,since it say's 0 fraud liability on the bill invoice. I have payed off all the charges I made on the card.After almost 2 year they 500 for late charges etc. They moved collection to a second collection company,called SIMM Associates so I guess they sound like layers but the are just collection agency with a fancy name. I wrote them back telling them I'm not paying them.
