Sirius Satellite Radio ripoff Would not honor properly filed $50 REBATE New York New York

I purchased an Xact Visor radio during the Christmas 2005 promotion at Circuit City - the register even printed out the rebate receipt and the submission form. I mailed the form, receipt and original barcode from the box to the correct address before the deadline.

Many weeks later I received a postcard in the mail. The return address on the postcard:
SIRIUS Satellite Radio PO BOX 42930 Mesa, AZ 85274-2930

This is the message on the postcard:
We appreciate your purchase, but your submission for the Sirius satellite Radio rebade offer was declinded for the following reason:
*The UPC barcode submitted is not for a qualifying SIRIUS tuner.

I called Sirius and told the operator that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and then told the supervisor that I was quite upset and wanted this escalated or we would be cancelling the account.

I have yet to hear anything from Sirius.
I am escallating this in several ways. This report is but one of them.
