Skin Logic Santa Ana, CA.. SCAM credit card fraud Santa Ana California

I received a package with a jar of face cream from Skin Logic in Santa Ana, CA.   I did not order this.  I was charged $94.90 on my credit card.  Previously, I had ordered samples using my credit card for shipping and handling. This was a scam to get my card number.  The new package came without any paperwork enclosed.   I had to track down the phone number through another Skin Logic distributer who was aware of the Santa Ana issues.  The phone number used on the credit card charge is not a valid number.  

I did call and dispute this delivery.  I reached "Ben" who is mentioned in other reports here.  After several denials of getting a refund, I had to get angry about it.  I have been told to return the item and they will send me a refund.  They did not want to credit this to my account.  I was offered three different percents of the charge for a refund.   None were acceptable.  I have sent back the package and  I will also contact my bank to make sure that this charge is removed.   Beware of Skin Logic in Santa Ana, CA.
