Be very wary when buying a car from this dealership. I purchased my
vehicle at the end of the lease in December 2012. To date, Smithtown
Nissan has not forwarded the close lease details and payment to Nissan
Motor Acceptance Corporation. I have been called several times by Nissan
Acceptance accusing me of being in default of the loan. I have spoken
with the dealership on several occasions and they keep telling me it
will be resolved in a week. This is not an isolated incident. Nissan Motors
acknowledged that they have several customers registering the same complaint.
Smithtown Nissan is in financial distress and cannot afford to pay their bills. I will NEVER
buy a car from this dealership again.

Please stop the lying. You are aware of the situation. I spoke directly to your General Sales Manager (Greg Carrion) who personally advised me over a month ago that he was going to resolve the problem. In fact I made him sign a letter to Nissan Motors letting them know that I was not in default. He has still not forwarded the close lease papers. I will call you today to give you another chance at resolving this situation.
