Sneakpeeq Never received order. NO response from emails and call goes straight to voicemail. They have NOT returned my calls! Internet

I ordered CBTL coffe on September 19, 2012, money deducted from my bank on September 21, 2012.  Order was supposed to be shipped within 14 days of sale ending on October 1, 2012.   I have sent numerous emails and left voicemails with absolutely no response.  They state that they answer their emails within 24 hours or leave a message and they will call back. That is a joke! They are ripoffs! My order status stated "pending" until I started emailing and calling. Now it doesn't state anything. I have given them my order reference number, phone number and they have my email. Buyer beware!
