Sneakpeeq is a terrible website. I ordered a diamond cadle from them over 1 month ago and have yet to hear anything from them about it. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago regarding my order, which says is still "processing" on their website, I did get an email back saying it will be shipped out in 2-3 days if it is not at my door already. Well it is not at my door. I have a friend who ordered the same exact thing on the same day who got an email from Diamond Candle directly saying it will be shipped. Why has mine not been shipped then? I have tried emailing and calling many times after the first email and I have never heard back from them. I figured the next best thing to do would be to complain. If this does not get their attention I will have to call my credit card company and tell them that this was a fraudulent charge.

Finally got my order

It took 6 weeks, but I finally did get my Diamond Candle. I did have to email Diamond Candle support and they were very helpful. The person who I was talking too said that it too a lot longer than they thought to get the information about the orders from Sneakpeeq and also that the candle was out of stock. She asked me if I wanted to pick a different scent from the ones in stock, and I did. It took about 5 days for me to get the candle after than. After this experience, however, I will never be buying from Sneakpeeq again, it was a bargain, yes, but it was too much work, stress and wait time. I am just glad that I have my product and it is all over.

Hello,
We're sorry that it has taken a while for the order to be shipped. The item that this customer purchased was being shipped directly from the vendor to the customer and that item was back ordered which caused the delay (the vendor did not notify us of the back ordered status when the item was up for sale on our site).
We did relay the message to the vendor and they took appropriate action. We also gave the customer free credits for their inconvenience. As the inventory numbers and restocking dates are not made available to us, we had to defer to the vendor for more information.
Regardless, we do again apologize for any delays and inconvenience.

I have placed 2 orders with theis company and BOTH have taken well over a month to even be shipped. When I try to call customer service to iron this out and pin down a projected ship date, they dont even have an estimate of WHEN the products I ordered will even go out! Emails are never responded to after Multiple emails sent. (I place my order September 20th!) My first order took a month to ship and I was told this was unusual and was given a $10 off my next order ( hence the second Order.
Had I know that this order would also take FOREVER to get I would have NEVER placed it! Horrible customer service, the people are typically friendly, but have NO idea what is going on, This business is clearly poorly organized , over a month is by no means a REASONABLE amount of time to get a product. And I asked about a full refund on my card...they quickly informed me they Do NOT do refunds but could give me a credit for future purchases HAH! and wait another almost 2 months?! Probably not. I love this companies concept...but they seriously need to get their crap toegether

It has been a week now since your email and I still have to to receive the candle. All together it has been 5 weeks since I ordered the candle. This is getting ridiculous. Can you please tell me the date that my candle was shipped on and give me a tracking number for the package. It also does not help that your website has been down for days.
