I've been trying to find out when my package should arrive so I can try to be home, but the web site says its still prossesing. I orderd four diamond candles over $80 for gifts over ten days ago I don't know how they would still be prossesing.
I have been trying to call them for the last 3 days it go's right to voice mail I would think my order would be done prossesing when they took the $ out of my account, they did that right away. There are sooo many complaints online of people not being able to get ahold of this company. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to contact my bank figure out how to get my money back then I will call every where I can think of to report this company I know there involved with fb which made me think they were a good service but they just seem really shady and scamy to me, I'm very disapointed I would not recomend this website to anyone :(

I'm sorry you have not yet received your candles. Again, these are shipping directly by Diamond Candles and if you ordered them on the 3rd they should have already been shipped. If you could give us your order number we'd be happy to inquire about it's status with Diamond Candles. If there are any problems with the shipment they would be happy to assist.

I orderd these candles on the same day the sale ended... I ordered them on the 3rd and its now the 20th I don't see how this is ok I've never had anything take this long to ship!!! I will never order from your company again I would rather pay a little extra and order it from diamond candle they have real shipping options I needed these candles as gifts thinking they could never take longer then two weeks to get here I was wrong and now I'm screwed because I don't have the money to buy anything eles... thanks I'm exstreamly disapointed!!!

Please be aware, these are shipping directly by Diamond Candles and we will not be able to update your status (it will continue to say "processing") until we have shipping information from them. Please also note that as described in the shipping information section of each product on our site, it can take up to 14 days after the sale event for an item to be shipped.
