Sneakpeeq Never got my items, never answered my emails. Then they just canceled my order with no explanation and no refund!!! Internet

I ordered a few things from Sneakpeeq back on August 18th, 2012 for about $50. I waited about 3 weeks and never received anything. I emailed them, (they did actually respond this ONE time!) and they told me I needed to wait for the sale on this particular item to end and then it would ship, approximately the 15th of September, and that they would send me an email to let me know it had shipped.

Ok, so another month goes by and nothing. No email, no items, nothing. My order on the Sneakpeeq website still says "Processing". I email them, wait a few days...no response. I email them again...no response. I call, leave a message...no response. 

I looked at my order page on the Sneakpeeq website today and now it says "Canceled"!! Who canceled it?!? Did they get irritated that I emailed them too much and they didn't feel like answering? Did the seller run out of items and couldn't fulfill my order? Did my items explode in the mail?? I wouldn't know because they didn't even notify me that they were going to cancel it!! Also, no refund. So now I have paid for nothing, received nothing and no one could even dignify me with an email about ANYTHING that was happening. I want my money back. 

I was truly looking forward to getting my order and using the products, guess that won't happen.

So, yesterday I finally received an email back from Sneakpeeq about why my order was canceled. The guy said that my order was indeed canceled and that I "should have received an email already explaining why and that my refund would be complete in 1-3 days". And... that's it? He claimed that I "should have gotten an email already"? Well I didn't, that's why I was asking!! If they had supposedly already sent me an email, why couldn't he just re-send the original email then?? I doubt there even was one, because I checked my email and there was nothing. How rude!! I emailed him back, told him I hadn't received one and could he just let me know why my order was canceled. Of course this time he didn't answer. And I still haven't received an answer. 

Today, however, I did receive a refund back into my checking account, so at least that actually happened.

So I guess I won't be ordering anything from them again. They take your money, keep it for awhile, make you think that you are getting some stuff in the mail, you wait forever, they don't want to talk to you and then they just cancel your order and won't tell you why.

Hello,

I'm sorry for the confusion.  Some of our customers order pages are incorrectly showing an order status of cancelled.  This should be fixed shortly so please do check your account in the next day or two.

With regards to your email, we do apologize if you've not yet been responded to.  We are experiencing higher than normal email volume which has caused our response time to increase for the time being.  We are responding to inquiries as fast as possible and we will respond shortly if we have not already.  

Once again, apologies for the confusion and thank you for your patience.
