I had a round trip ticket from Dallas Tx to Mexico City. I arrived at the ticket counter in Mexico City about 1 hour before my flight, and they told me the flight was closed. What they had really done was that they sold my ticket to someone else for a higher price! I then had to rebook and pay more for the next morning! I had to sit in the airport all night! Southwest is the best of any airline I have found, but watch out for this rip off!
