Truth is, they discriminate against you, deliberately destroy your character because they are intimidated. They pretend to be "The caring comany for their emoloyees, but action speaks louder than words. They do not train their employees properly, yet micro managent and will fire you for the in approprate training. This comes from them selecting the peoole they like instead of the people who is qualified for the position. This is a company that promise you the world, but deiver nothing. Their old school ways of not advancing and accepting change will surely lead to destruction. Southwest Airlines micro-managent employess to the point of harassment. They only promote their friends and do not promte the ones who are qualified for the position. This leads to people being in a position who do not know how to do the job, yet ony do what they are told. Southwest Airlines is a joke. They hire and promote only the ones who will not make them feel intimidated because they lack knowledge for the position they are in. Please do not get fooled with working for this comany, you can pay for your flights because the frustiraton with the free buddy passes are a joke. There is not hospitality towards employees, Survants heart and fun luving attitude as they protray.
