I purchased an advertising service for my vehicle on March 19, 2009. They had claimed I could get much more money if they advertised my vehicle through their network of websites compared to listing on the local newspaper. They offered a 90 day guaranty that if they did not sell my vehicle they would reimburse my money minus some advertising cost. I paid and expensive $279 for this service.

During the 90 day advertisement period I followed all their guidelines including having a nice description for my vehicle and multiple clear pictures. I even lowered pricing of my vehicle to below current market rates of similar model vehicles. During this 90 day trial period I only received one offer for my vehicle. This offer was way below trade in value for my vehicle which they automatically rejected on my behalf.

After the 90 days I sent a notarized request for reimbursement per their guidelines of their return policy. I received an email from KC Buckley that I am not qualified for a refund and to review the terms and conditions. I replied back to that email asking specifically which condition has not been met. There was no reply back. I sent another email and still no reply back.

I received a letter shortly after stating that I have not met the terms and conditions for the refund. But again it was not specified which terms and conditions I did not meet.

Bottom line is they claimed to be a superior advertiser than the local paper or other venues which is why their price rate is more than justified. I certainly did not experience that during the 90 advertisement period. Things do happen and sometimes service works and sometimes doesnt. This time it did not work so I should be entitled to some reimbursement under their return policy. But no they decided not to honor their policy.
