Specialty Auto Said they could sell my car on 20 days or less it has been 5 months Omaha, Nebraska

Specialty auto called my mother after the death of my father and said they could help her sell her classic car.She had no idea about how to sell on the internet so she said yes to them.The fee to list the car on the site plus put it on e-bay was $299.00. They sent her a form to fill out that would describe what she wanted the ad to say.

My mom not being computer savae gave it to me.I type the description of the car and sent it to specialty auto.When the ad came out it had the place the car was at wrong, the type of car wrong,the transmission wrong, and the color wrong.Called and told them and they asked what was wrong told them and they fixed a couple of the problems.

The e-bay action had only 6 hits on the car with people having to call specialty auto to get our number to ask questions.One person told us it took specialty auto 4 days to get him our number, and with the auction only being for 21 days this hindered any bidder getting answers before the auction ended.

We had one person who offered close to what we wanted but since there was still 7 days left specialty auto told us to wait and see if anyone went higher no one did and when they contacted the bidder he went to a lower offer since it did not sell on e-bay.

Specialty Auto will not refund any money to my mom for theirmistakes no wonder they have an f rating with the bbb.The ad is still wrong and it now says make me an offer which we did not authorize and they have not updated my e-mail address so if anyone does contact them about the car the can give them an e-mail to contact us.Do Not Do Business With This Company and if they call you just hang up
