I used to be a Nextel Customer and it worked every where so I thought Sprint would be great but found out real roblems were coming.

Let me explain. over 2 years ago I decided to change to Sprint and talked to there rep. they checked my old contract and said i could switch fee to them from Verizon so I did. hooked 3 lines with them. 3 months later I received letter for the other Cell phone co, i had a disconect charge and contract was termanated 3 month early. That cost me $360.00  but I am not done with this problem.

On cancelling my phone service after no service in my home in wisconsin due to there router failure allways disconnecting and dropped calls. I got tired of this. Did report this to them and that repalced router 2 times and finely they said OH WELL.  I cancelled.  They did not send me a diconect final bill and just a Total amount due. I did argue with them and after they turned me over to a collection agency and charged my $15.00 for a copy of my final bill showing my disconnect charges after 5  months. I  did pay a big charge of $615.00 to the collection agency and now on my credit report.

They really don't care of any one --- just for the $$$. Very sad personal relations company.

 You must be a SPRINT Employee.  Not the friendly Customer relations PERSON.  Contrracts ?? no phone service in my home as promised but YOU say I have problems?.  SO I BROKE MY CONTRACT and contacted T-Mobile with NO CONTRACT.  GREAT SERVIVE IN HOME. EVEN GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS. Cheers.

For over 10 years with no problems at all. Customer service is excellent!! Cell service is great and when I have a problem it is fixed asap.  YOU broke the contract so YOU are responsible for YOUR actions.  FYI learn to spell if you want to be taken seriously.

 Given this situation, perhaps in the future you will READ THE CONTRACT YOU ARE SIGNING!!!!!! EVERYTHING you have whined about is covered under the CONTRACT that YOU signed!! What YOU are saying is that YOU skipped out on the FIRST contract with Verizon and had to pay a early termination fee. Then YOU skip out on Sprint. YOU seem to have a serious problem with keeping YOUR word. Or its just that YOU don't think YOU should have to follow the contract guide lines that EVERY OTHER customer has to follow. Either way, THIS is on YOU for breaking YOUR contract. Its even stated in the contract with Sprint that YOU signed. THEY are NOT responsible when YOU break said contract. What happened with YOU is that YOU did NOT let THEM cancel YOUR contract. Had you done that then you wouldn't be in this situation.
