I get over charge bills every month even that I have the unlimited plan of $99.

I sign on contract with them on March 11, 2008. I get bills for the month of February 2008. Not only that, now I found that it show on there system that I have account with same number and name from 2007. I try to explain in a total of 24 hours call time with there supervisors managers and more that I had a t-mobile account up to march 11,2008 and I have prove of payments and it cant be that I owe sprint money or any obligation prior to march 11,2008. They disconnected my line on the beginning of April 2008 even that I didnt owe them money. The truth is that they owed me at that time $4.56. Payments that I made by there authorized dealer not posting in my account and I am the one that need to go and prove payments for them. My saga with them continues with more ridicules issues this game need to end.
