I ported 2 lines from Nextel to Sprint in April. On 4/9/07 I paid 57.91 and on 4/23/07 I paid 57.92 (I have bank statements)for 2 phones that were shipped to me. One week before the 2nd phone arrived, Sprint said I owed 426.65. My plans for both phones were 59.99/mo a piece, 500 anytime minutes, free incoming, nights and weekends, and mobile to mobile. Included was insurance and vision services. In sum, over the past month and a half, I have called Sprint to correct issues from not having the correct plan, not adding the insurance, the vision services not working, charging me for phones that were already paid for, having my phone turned off 2 days after the second phone arrived, and wondering why I was ,already, over the spending limit the day the 1st phone arrived. I was hung up on over 30 times by the customer svc reps including supervisors. Today, my 2nd line was cut off and when I called, a rep transferred me to Sarah, who is a supervisor, and she hung up on me. I called twice more and Ginger and Patty hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. And I work as a CSR for United Healthcare! I want out of my contract with these people without paying for early termination. I refuse to be treated this way and, especially, when no one can explain what is going on. My billing cycle ends on the 26th of the month. I paid my phone bill of 122.70 which zeroed it out on the 20th. Today is the 26th and my phone was turned off because they said my account was over the spending limit because 1500 minutes were used and my bill is 270.00. In 6 days! You have got to be kidding me!
