sprint pcs poor service etf scam kansas Kansas

been a customer of sprint for almost 3 years. service was fine then they started upgrading there towers. service went from scale of 10 to 0  in over 50 calls to them about my service on two lines they gave me the run around for a year with the same explanion towers down or upgrading an was also told by several reps that the upgrade was completed but i was still having poor service an was told i could purchase a signal booster for $100. i told them no why should i pay for that an im in between two of your towers its your service. my bill wass $200 monthly so after a long year of this back an fourth  i decided to leave them.  i told them i think i should not be charged an early termination fee  because of all the issue i had.  service  was only good 30% of the time. they told me return the phones an they will waive  fee's. i agreed to return one phone that i got free from them my second phone i rejected that offer for the simple fact i paid over $400 for it why would i do that it would be like paying them. i turned them in to the bbb so now they call me with the same offer aleast 3 times a month
