Sprint PCS ripoff, added charges, agreement violations, flat out Liars. London, Kentucky

Hi Sprint PCS has been ripping me off and lying to me for too long and I've had it. I'm done with them.

First the mysterious added charges and taxes were suspect. Like how my $39.99 plan was always $54 a month. I lived with that.

Second, after a 2 month suspension of service agreement, when I re-established service, I was flat out double billed. My bill was double what it was supposed to be and in the description, as plain as day was 1 months service billed twice. After Calling about it, I found out that that was "Policy" for re-instatement of service. B.S.!

Third, ok now I have a $125 "spending limit" so when I get a bill that tallies $175.28. My service had been suspended without warning, I was a little upset. After some hard feelings, I went without my cell phone.

After some aggressive collection department efforts to get me, I responded very civilized this time and made a deal. I was to pay $100 post dated for a few days. That was deducted and cleared from my bank. So as I'm waiting for my $75.28 bill to come so I can pay and re-instate my service, I get a bill for $129.63.

I call about this added $45.65 because I thought maybe they re-instated my service and I didn't know, but NO. The extra $45.65 had beeen added AFTER our mutual agreement of terms to pay off the $175.25. It was also chalked up to "Policy".

The fact is they LIED about our agreement and how we were gonig to resolve it. They added a lot more money to my total without service and expect me to just keep handing them money. And get this, if I were to pay the whole "$129.63", then I still DON'T get my service re-activated.

Sprint thinks I'm either stupid, made of money or both. Well the simple fact is I will not give them another penny of my money EVER! I will aadvise everyone I know NOT to subscribe to Sprint PCS.
