Sprint Pcs Piece Of Crap Service RIP ME OFF CULTURE 10 bucks here, 60 bucks there?? Yakima Washington

Sprint has had a really bad track record for my last three years of service! I was previously under a business account(now defunct) and was treated fairly. Since opening a family account, life has been a sprint(_itch)!!!

I recently switched to a Sprint Plan that includes free nationwide long distance. So, I made atrip to Cali. from Wash, St. and received a bill for 144 roaming minutes. They want 40 cents per minute plus taxes. When I upgraded to this nationwide plan, I was told free calls from anywhere to anywhere. Of course, I can't back this up in writing. But what a joke.

I upgraded for this very reason. I wanted no long distance or roaming.


The Sprint Rep. made it CLEAR, no roaming, no long distance.


I did NOT read the fine print. or even know where to this day to find out about roaming. The amount is not much, but it's something every single month. I'm tired of calling 5 times a month, tired of being told it's not going to be an additioal charge only to be ripped off again. Also I have been HUNG up on accidentally 3 times this month. Also, was promised credits to my bill that never showed up.

Be warned, Sprint has TERRIBLE customer service, in fact it must be part of thiertraining package. they are consistantly bad mannered.

I will be sending this complaint to the BBB in Yakima, WA and a copy to every sprint fax number I can find.
