Square Trade Deceptive description of services offered ripoff San Francisco California

I placed a bid for 4 telephones on Ebay april 04 2004, on april 5th he had asked for the Canadian Address so he could send the shipping cost, I paid in full on April 9th through "paypal" payment in full in 6 days.

Complaint: E-mail buyer weeks for payment, made excuse about personal problems, etc., etc. At the time of leaving negative feedback hasn't shipped the items I have paid for, he took nearly 2 months to shop after being paid in 6 days.

Square Trade charged my credit card and then I recieve Emails form them as Follow

I have continued to try to contact Mr. Taylor but as yet I have not had any response.

Unfortunately, if the other party does not wish to participate in mediation I cannot force them to do so - mediation is a process that is voluntary and requires the willing cooperation of both parties in order for the problem to be resolved.

Thus, if I do not hear from him within 3 days, I am afraid that I will have to close the case.

Square Trade doesn't tell you anything in reference to their services until after they have taken your payment and by then is to late realizing they are offering little to nothing for their fee
