SST Card Services Cannot reach a LIVE person when calling their customer service phone number St. Joseph Missouri

You cannot reach a LIVE person when you call their customer service number. I called a 2nd phone number I found on their website and the same thing happens. If you EVER press -0- in the call it disconnects!  I called back 3 times to speak with a representative to discuss my past due balance on my account. NO LIVE PERSON.

I never had an account with SST. They purchased the previous bank I was with. I have never seen this before. There is always a way to talk to someone. If you go on line to their website, yourcardaccount.com, there is no other phones listed. I have been with SST Card Services for a while now. I have been holding on to the card because my credit was marginal and I wanted to keep the card for good recent credit. This must be a recent thing, because I have talked to people there on the phone in the past.

Now that my credit is back to very good, I am going to pay off the remaining balance, and be done with these people. REDICULOUS.... STAY AWAY FROM SST AT ALL COSTS!
