Stainsafe Company deceptive company false promises rip-off Palm Beach Gardens Florida

Does not honor its warranty agreement .....

After purchasing a 5-year comprehensive furniture protection plan that was supposed to guarantee the Stainsafe "treatment" to a sofa and loveseat against stains "of any nature" the company denied the claim. Burdines Department Store part of the Federated Companies does business with this disreputable company and demand has been made to honor the warranty.

It appears that the "treatment" and/or coating was not compatible with the fabric because it turned "yellowish" only on the areas of treatment. Wherever the furniture was not treated (back of pieces) it didn't yellow.
I have already seen a claim on this web site from another disgusted customer and I'm sure there must be more.
