This is what happens when you get busted trying to get your truck painted for free through an insurance claim.


The truck they thought was so wonderful was in fact a run down old truck with several poor quality repaints, and many, many instances of small to large dents, scratches and other assorted blemishes.

The city trucks that spray gravel make a small spread about three feet out which is directed downward due to a deflector to avoid causing any kind of collateral damage. Sure the pea size gravel bounce a little bit, maybe 6-8 inches off the ground before stopping.

There is no way a city gravel truck could have caused the damage they claimed happened to their truck. Included in the damage was a silver dollar size hole on the windshield. If the damage was so severe, why didnt they file a claim with the city?

The damage report was written to repair the clamed damage and to avoid the severe amount of prior damage already in existence on the truck. No insurance company owes to fix or paint anything on any vehicle that was already damaged before the accident.

How a body shop can be accused of ripping someone off when no work was ever performed beyond a written estimate is beyond me. How can an insurance company get accused of ripping someone off by not paying out on a potential fraud claim?

september 2006 Of course CHEZ they screwed me out of my truck. I Went to anothr company. They said this is typical normal behavior for statefarm. Due to the storys they hear from there new customers =)
If that didn't give me a big hint of statefarm and CHEZ being a scam LOL

I called state farm The same day of recieving refund. I told racheal at ron sayers office id like to cancel our auto policy.
Then hubby to make sure they got the message faxed a dated and timed fax of our service being canceled.
Well guess what. They try to pull out money out of our bank account for an auto policy and not only did that bounce but made a payment I made to another co bounce because of state farm.
(we only keep certain funds in this bank due to things like Fraudulent charges)

Spoke with lori we did cancel in enough time.
Somehow she stated someone didnt cancel our policy! POS company i say! They was notified twice.

Well hubby gets a hold of rhonda. She states chez did another $1900.00 worth of damage to vehicle. But get this they say some of it was previous! Even after I showed them no previous damage was there by pictures!
So she states they only going to give us $800.00 which after our deductible it will be $700.00.
So the total damage was $1900.00 and they only going to pay $700.00.
Then after us saying screw it they are still in denial after pictures was shown to them. We will just pick up the settlement you offer. Rhonda says no we will mail it.
Whatever im tired of dealing with this company that rips off good customers. Thank god Its over and im going swap to allstate now.
I hope whomever reads this really takes a look at other peoples problems they listed on ripoffreport about state farm and learn this is common practice.
State Farm in my opnion is like pulling teeth, Slow, painful, and excruciating. Dont get insurance with this company.

Hubby called rhonda last week. She States we have to wait for the adjuster to get back in tuesday. So we wait all week. Rhonda says it will be settled by wednesday and she will call us to say what they are going to do.
Well of course its thursday and no phone call back as usual. Dec. 29th 2005.
Lori however contacted us last friday dec. 23rd in the evening on our cell phone and asked if she could help as we stated before to her we will be linking her As she is part of our agents office each time we get no contact from anybody. Well and besides the obvious they like trying to screw customers out of full coverage on there vehicles.

Hubby also stated to lori each time we call nobody seems to return phone calls or emails!
Its ridiculous state farm customers have to do state farm's jobs.
Oh and ive uploaded pictures to this site twice and photos@ripoffreport hasnt posted them yet.
So i guess we will have to wait on that.
I have however published this site out to friends and family all throughout the lower 48.
They to have canceled there state farm insurance policys.

I also did hear alot of things from chez. Friend of my sister brang her vehicle into there shop. They was suppose to do her body work. It came back as her White Leather interior was ripped in several spots. My point is there obviously not careful with most of there customers vehicles. I cannot post the rest of what ive heard from other people as its hearsay. (I didnt see the damaged vehicle) But of course i do believe them. =)

Dana at claims said rhonda wasnt in. Hubby asked whats going on. Dana said there is NO NOTES or anything listed in the computer.
But she did list hubby ask her to call our house (rhonda) and hubby made sure it was the right number. Nobody can help us but rhonda. There was no notes rhonda put in the computer according to dana. Dec. 22nd 5:15pm
Left message. Stated to dana will call again.

When you read this line below. Disreguard they do not want you to do that. How dare anyone take pictures of there property!

Well mines got TONS of photos. Where is my quick response? Where is my appraisal? How much is mine going to cost? When will it be fixed?

By the time it rusts? We have road salt on our roads.
Oh and helping them Just Pisses them off by detailing your property/damages. In fact it makes them stall cause they know they have to pay for it.

Rhonda from state farm called hubby. Stated that ALL scratches will have to be a seperate claim and deductable of our 100 dollars will have to be taken off on each claim.
Who does this? It was scratched all in 1 day and over 50 scrathes has to be seperate?

Anyway hubby was with a customer due to him being foreman of his co. And couldnt argue with her at the time as she wanted to do so . well as state farm workers want to do with us each time we speak with them cause they dont want to pay.

So he requested that rhonda call me this day monday December 19th 2005.
Husband called me at 10:45am to let me know she was expected to call.
Well of course we all know. No phone call. She also stated she would email me. No emails.
Today is dec. 22nd. 2005.
I have caller ID nobody called from state farm this day. Nor have they even attempted to call hubby or I back.
They do have both of our numbers due to contact from the muni damage.
They do have our email due to me emailing lori not only part of the photos she was able to recieve due to me overloading her server with photos. But linking to this site each time i update.
I email lori constantly and the last i heard any response was dec. 6th 2005. I emailed ron sayer . Of course No response.
Dont ever go through state farm says allstate they get there customers from state farm complaining that state farm wont pay for there claims.
So basically allstate gets there service after state farm rips there customers off.

State Farm finally said i have a claim #. Then they wanted to meet us with chez at 5:15pm dec.14th 2005.

So today my husband meets them. chez and state farm.

Well interesting enough state farm questions my husband why i took alot of pictures. He did not understand why i took previous pictures. Hubby said. Well lets put it this way since i have over 3,000 dvds and a 42 inch plasma tv etc. and we didnt have pictures of it you wouldnt believe me. The claim adjuster finally understood.
Chez was nice to my husband and was wondering why state farm wasnt dealing with it. Why they was making chez deal with it. Husband said he didnt understand also. Husband stated this is previous pictures before any damage with new tailights. Then here is damage.

He says dont know if a child scratched my truck in your parking lot or what. But there is damage there that wasnt here. Here is proof.
Chez said well i dont think we did it.

Husband told chez it happened between your parking lot and me driving down there.
Mark from chez stated to my husband that this message i posted is liable. He dont understand why i wrote this. ITS CALLED DOCUMENTING!
State farm said the pictures are angled so you cant see the deep marrs.

But yet i have pictures of the vehicle at close shot and far shot. A few pictures shows the full view of the vehicle. there is no WAY to angle the picture.

State farm said they are going to have ANOTHER estimator contact us.

There was more but here is the basic of our night. Like i said before state farm is our adjuster not chez.

I have before pictures with new tailights put in a few days before the muni rock inicident. And now i have the after. I have full coverage once again and a damaged vehicle that not only 1 estimator saw. not 2 estimator saw. I have to have 3 estimators look at it now?

Since state farm wont take care of my damaged goods. Like they are suppose to. I am probably going to swap to allstate.

My wife & I had a similar experience with State Farm, & what we found to be the best solution was to bypass the local agency & go straight to the top.

Try this;

Write out everything you remember from day one. Like, who you called and/or seen,(for both the insurance office & Chaz) date & approximate time & their responses. Include any documentaion you received from Chaz (if any) & the insurance agency. Include both sets of pictures of your truck (before & after)& a SECOND INDEPENDENT ESTIMATE of TOTAL damages to your truck (that was caused by the municipality of Alaska as well as the alleged damage caused by Chaz) to the following nice gentleman;

My wife & I had a similar experience with State Farm, & what we found to be the best solution was to bypass the local agency & go straight to the top.

Try this;

Write out everything you remember from day one. Like, who you called and/or seen,(for both the insurance office & Chaz) date & approximate time & their responses. Include any documentaion you received from Chaz (if any) & the insurance agency.
