Stevens Transport Worst company to work for even in the office! Ripoff Dallas Texas

I worked in the office & I have a list of reasons why they should be audited by the Labor Board. They are as crooked as a convict.

First of all, if you are hourly you have to clock in using a time clock that tells you your punch is accepted. What they don't tell you is that they only see what punches you do DURING your scheduled work hours. If you show up a few minutes late (like traffic delay) & you cut your lunch short or stay late you still get docked for being late. The see you clocked in late but the clock doesn't show you stayed late & the clock automatically docks you for a whole hour even if you don't even take a lunch. I don't know but that sounds illegal to me.

They are self insured. They make you pay like $95 a week for insurance for your family with a $600 deductable & then they say they pay 80%. Turns out after using the insurance they have so many "loop holes" & "clauses" that a lot of things that are required check ups for women or children are NOT covered on their plans. My dr office couldn't belive the lingo their lawyers created to get out of paying claims.

Everyone there is so stressed out because you can do your job just right but someone else doesn't & you get the blame too. Every load is touched by many people. They have the dervr mgr, the appt scheduler, the cust serv rep, the repower person, etc. If just one of these people including the driver screws up anyone of them can be forced to deal with the blame that requires Todd Aaron to harrase you all day until you are ready to quit. He is the worst person there "I think".

See the dad Steve Aaron started the business & his son's Todd & Clay are running the show now. I hear it was better before they took over but that was before my time. All I know is they are the WORSE COMPANY to EVER work for. You make them tons of money & you can't even support your family.
