Bought 10/01 2013 returned by 10/11/2013 assured of refund for $105.00 check sent and $27.00 express 2 day shipping which I did not get until a week later.  Got a bill for item I no longer had.  Customer service is a joke.  There has been no resoulution to date and no money either.

I am happy to report that I just received my refund check for $105.97.  This has been an eyeopening experience. 

I thank God for divine intervention and victory.  Before I buy anything online again especially "buy now pay later" advertisements, I will be sure to check your site first.

I went to use the card again and make a purchase which was under the credit limit and they sent me an email telling me I need to put a down payment on the order. Stoneberrystoneberry.com sent wrong color that i ordered and had to pay the shipping although they made the mistake. Then ordered again like a stupid one and they are sending the wrong color . when i called them they said they didnt have the color that i ordered. why didnt they say that instead of sending the wrong one again and trying to say that i orderd the color. Stoneberry Will not give me my refund,They said they mail it out jan 18 i didnt recieve it ,So i call them ,Then they said they would issue me another in 5 to 10 business days and i didn't receive it now they saying they paid k jordan which i don't old.I paid on that tablet for a year ,Now they have the tablet and my refund for 143.00 i don't have that type of money to give away im on a fix income. Stoneberry.com Stoneberry Purchase a cheap wireless microphone that I quickly returned for a full refund. I paid to have the item shipped back to stoneberry. A week later they sent me a bill for shipping. I called and asked about the bill and was told that since I returned the item I needed to pay for them shipping the item to me. I told them I paid shipping to send it back so we are even. They said no that I owe for shipping. First bill was $10 and some change, now it's $18 and more change! Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin Internet

stoneberry I bought an item from stoneberry, paid 9.99 for shipping, returned it because I cannot use this item, due to the medications I'm on, so I returned the item explained to them accordind to my oncoloist, I still had to pay 14.25 to have it return, I thought this was a mistake, I called them and she said no it's not a mistake, you have got to be flipping kidding me so what originally cost 39.99 + 9.99 shipping and 14.99 to return item this item cost me 64.23 If anybody ever ask me about this company I will tell them to save there money this company is a ripoff chippewa fls Wisconsin
