Stoneberry collected full payment instead of payments Chippewa Falls Wisconsin

I was filling out information on internet, all at once it popped up my  order was successfull. I called customer service, I was told he found the order.I ask about a payment he told me my first payment is Feb 3, for $16.99. he went over the order. He said it would go through credit approval,and I would get e-mail telling if I recieved credit and and If I needed to make a down pament.

This was Jan3,2018 I recived an email on Jan4,2018 telling me my order was shipped. It was really fast so I called customer service to check on my order. When I spoke to a customer service agent I was told that my credit card was charged for the full ammount. I told her it was supposed to be monthly payments. She said i had ordered on line.

I explained what had happened. She said as soon as I hit the button it was ordered. no changes!! I ask for then to change the order the way it was explained to me . I was told no it was already processed. no option they could not touch it.

My only option was when my order arrived I would have to return the items when recived them, they would refund my money and then I could order them again. This is redicious I know any company could correct an order. If the is the case they need to change their policy. This is not good business!!
