Stoneberry Rip off on payment still receiving bills after payment in full Chippewa falls Wisconsin

 stoneberry is the worst company I have ever did business with.  I received a statement in April 2013 stating that I owed  398.38 and paid it in full on April 26, 2013.  In may I received another statement stating that I still had a balance of 22.73.  Of which was a late charge of 5.00.  how can you be charged a late charge and have a balance when your account has already been paid in full?  Needless to say, this company is totally ripping people off by continuing to charge customers.  Strongly recommend that you don't do business with this company, unless you continually want to be gouged with payments that you don't owe!!
