never recieved an item, they insisted i did, finally after themharassing me for months,i decided if they took off the late charges from my acct, 60 dollars,i would pay off the balance, even tho i never got the product, i sent half, they would take off the late fees and i would send the other half, 66 dolalrs andchange.. i sent the money then they refused to refund my late fees, and now they are adding on more late fees, this company is a scam,do not order from them.. randy w
