Stoneberry Stone Berry Ripped off for $350 Chippewa Falls Wisconsin

I placed an order at StoneBerry after recieving "credit" but was requested to make an $87 deposit. I didn't mind doing this. BUT after making the deposit instead of only $87 being taken from my card the full $350 was taken instead. I have been getting the run around for almost a week about refunding my money. They conveniently coulnd't find where they had taken out the $350. I have been told every day that the money would be refunded in 24 hours. But nothing has been put back onto my card. I have now contacted my card company and started the chargeback process.
