Student 7 They had online a great price for a cat tree condo. I had placed the order and had paid with my debit card. Canada

While browsing the internet I had come across a great buy on a cat condo tree. I had been comparing the prices and this particular web sight had a really good buy, thus I made the purchase on line using my debit card. I had not discovered it was from Canada until after my purchase. Because of the location, I assumed it would take a little longer before it would be delivered. I had purchased it on line 7/28/2017. 

My schedule is extemely hectic and I had thought it said a 6 week delivery, however, after waiting what seemed a long time I checked what it said and it had a 2 week delivery time frame. I am trying to locate more information to find out where my purchase is so I have decided to file this complain. When I had started to file this with you all I had noticed that another individual had purchased the cat condo the same day from them as well.

I hope this can be resolved. I really was hoping I could get the cat tree condo.
