Summer Bay Resorts, summerbay resorts continues to withdraw money from my account, but I can't claim vacation package!! Daytona Florida

When I signed up for DishNetwork, I was offered a "great" vacation package as part of my sign up bonus. I was told that Summer Bay Resorts were not affiliated with Dish Network, and I was transfered to their operator.

I was promised a 4 day cruise leaving from Daytona with all lodgeing and rental cars included. This vacation package included 7 days at their resort in Daytona. I tried to decline, saying that I would not be able to use the package within 3 years, but was told that would not be a problem.

Like a fool, I agreed and gave them my credit card number and was told that they would debit my account monthly for $19.90 a month. I was given a web address, that led nowhere. The only promise that they have kept is the one about debiting my account monthly.

I have found several links to SummerBay resorts, but no way in which to claim my vacation. I feel I'm being ripped off.
