Dear Sir,
I'm writing to verify that the so called company of Summer bay resorts of Orlando Florida called me to inform me that I had won a dream vacation. The women on the telephone went on to describe a wonderful vacation package to three different locations. I was then asked to give my card information. Unknown to me at the time was that these people were scam artist. The salesperson said that my card was declined and if I could give another form of payment. I told her I didn't have one. She insisted that I called the bank while she held onto the other line. I could hear her speaking to someone else as they pressed her to get the money out of me, by any means nessesary. I simply said I don't have and I'm sorry and hung up the phone. I received a call 10 minuets later from another #. the young lady said she was from Summer bay and wanted to see how she could assist me in booking my vacation. Because I didn't like how the previous situation went down I went to the computor and looked up Summer bay resorts. Well, guess what I found?! I had been scamed. I informed the young lady that I was not interested in Summer Bay, because I was on-line and looking at all of the reported scams reports filed by sooooo many other people. O.M.G!!!!!! What a sin and shame! She became so irrate and beligerant that I had to rebuke her, in JESUS name!!!!! the conversation was ended, but I do believe that this company will attempt to use my bank card information to try and retrive the monies at a later time. Please be warned that this company needs to be put out of buisness asap. I hope that you can help all of us who have had the mishap with dealing with this scandelous company and the likes.

Thanks to ALL who responded and wrote reports about this company. You helped me not to get ripped off for $250- I am still out $25, but that is small change compared to the other horror stories I have read.
I was literally on hold to complete payment for the "vacation package" that I purchased at the time I signed up for Dish Network. I got tired of waiting, so I decided to go to the web site that the sales rep gave me and see if I could pay online. Surprise- the web site was DOWN, and the domain was being "cash-parked!!! That was my FIRST clue.
I hung up the phone and decided to look at rip off report. I was HORRIFIED at what I saw. TONS of reports. No way was I going through with this transaction, and I will cancel the debit card that I used to make the purchase in case they try and boink me for more money.
I really want to thank everybody from the bottom of my heart. I am disabled; my husband and I recently came into a little money, and I thought this would be a nice treat for us. But we will book a cruise vacation with a reputable local company instead. We live only two hours from Orlando, so we can go to Universal ourselves.

They tried to rip me off as well. Good thing you went with your instincts, but if I were you I'd cancel the credit card that you gave them that didn't work, in case they try to put it through again. They need to be put out of the business of robbing innocent victims.
