SunTrust Bank Life Estate of handicapped man stolen by STB Internet

Wife of 25 yrs supports us both. I'm 54, lifelong gran mal epileptic, worsening w/ age as is normal. Employment zero. Sun Trust Bank has taken home left to me in life estate by parents over 25 yrs ago.

STB is the "trustee" named in will and has used accts left to support me for 25+ yrs and lost it all.

As recently as 1/28/11 stating, in writing " as trustee we are bound to the terms of the trust doc"

Suddenly, "oopps, a small grammer argument negates all. We've screwed you all these years, knowing of epilepsy. So, you are out. But we keep other funds"

Punch line is I've been under heavy meds since before this began. So I was lost for 2yrs. Change meds now. "woke up" to this.  No $ of course. No family, older brothers suicide. Doc. was concerned.

Who do we turn to now ?  Waterfront home on barrier Is. Beautiful Olde Fl 2 story. 100 % rebuilt over 27yrs by wife and I.
