Suntrust Bank rips of customers and doesnt care that it has no customer service! Wow terrible horrible customer service not existent Fort Myers Nationwide

Suntrust Bank rips off customers and tells them to pound sand.  Charges overdraft fees when inappropriate, wont refund them because they say they already granted courtesy reversal in the past.

Essentially delay deposits and the create a one hour window to pretend you were over drawn when you were not, and charge fees , its criminal and they dont care, they say its my fault for spending more then I deposit, total bull s**t, for gods sake dont bank with suntrust, immediatly close your account, they are horrible and stealing from you with fees and have zero sense of customer service, I mean zero.

We ran hundreds of millions of dollars in busines through them the last few years and have hesitated to move our business as its such a pain in the arse to do, well enough is enough today we took the steps, please dont do business with suntrust, they are criminals..

Thank you for 100% exactly stating the banks policy for customers.  Now that any customer can read your comments, they can understand what it would their experience as a customer will be like or is like if they are a customer of Suntrust.  And so that everyone is clear, no matter how long you have been a good customer, no matter how much you like the staff at your local branch, no matter your credit or your banking history, they weill not make any exception to those outrageous rip off over draft fees beyone a one time courtesty reversal.  Once past that, 100% rip off fees are incurred and will not be reversed.

So thank you again for exactly articulating the postion of Suntrust, which is exactly what they told me over the phone, the actual supervisor at the bank on the phone told me the exact same words as yours.  The public needs to know so that they will take their business elsewhere.  As there must be a bank that values its customers instead of treating them like dog doo doo.  Only Spirit airllines in my book is more pathetic and anyone whom has dealt with them can relate to what I am saying.

Thanks again for clarifying exactly what Suntrust Bank Postion is and Policy for its customers.

You don't keep a check register with an up-to-the-second running balance because that's how you have a history of overdraft fees.  You don't know their funds availability policy either.  Those two in combination tells us you regularly use other people's money because of your non-existing checking account management.  If you actually have run "millions" thru them (somehow I doubt that) then perhaps you should hire a bookeeper, since apparently don't have the discipline to keep track of your own money in your own account.  In each and every case of overdraft fee whiners, the ONLY cause is the whiner's lack of keeping records.  Don't waste the effort...I don't work for them.
