Supper Shuttle is unreliable and insulting. Can't be trusted to get you to the airport Austin, Texas

Super shuttle sure isn't super, and can't be trusted. I ordered a return trip from the airport in Austin to my hotel.

They got me there. The failed to get me to the airport on time - in fact they failed to even collect me at all.

I was there well ahead of the appointed time.  At five past, I asked a hotel employee who was standing outside if they were usually late.  He said yes, usually 5 to ten minutes late.

By quarter after I was getting worried, so I called the dispatch office and was told the van was near by.

At half past I called a taxi.  It arrived at 20 to, and still no super shuttle.

I was almost too late to check my bags.

At this point I felt that I probably would never use them again, but decided to call them to see what they had to say for themselves.

An employee took the details and said someone would get back to me in 5 to 7 business days.  How's that for service!

I got a message a few days later, which was totally insulting and made me made enough to spend my time writing this report.

I was accused of being a no-show and therefore they couldn't give me a refund.  A refund, while nice if I could get it, was not my top priority. 

I tried to call this horrible woman back, but you can't reach any one, you can only leave a message.  Her name was not one of the two names on the out-going voice mail.

It became clear that my money would be much better spent on taxis.  This company is unreliable, and does not deserve to be in business.
