WE cancelled our account in supermedia on April 2011 because there was a massive over charge for clicks
The account was cancelled ,confirmed, we had automatic payment , so they kept collecting for several month after they collected all the fees due (after we arranged exactly balanced of these dues over the phone)
After they finished collecting we got mails from debt collectors, I explained them that everything was paid off, supermedia always chached directly our credit card,they kept calling calling and calling, I called supermedia, they told me that account were cancelled
Then I started receiving other mails from supermedia to collect advetising, I called them, explaining that account was closed, they told me that still was an ad, I say its impossible, it was cancelled

 Then on JUne 18 I got a call from Mary Joy Vitulli, a Medi Consultant from supermedia.offering new programs that they look interesting, I told her that we were interesting considering them, I told her that we were keep getting bills from supermedia, she checked, tols d me that was a mistake, she was going to arranged to cancell them, she did ,After she called me back with the products that she emailed me, and again, i got another mail from supermedia starting to collect again, i emailed it to her the copy
the I kept getting mails from debt collectors,increasing and increasing the inexistent balance we spent more than than $ 200.000 advertising between www.superpages.com. ideaarc and supermedia, and this the appreciation for our business that we get
