SurePoint has never taught bait and switch tactics. In fact, on the first day of training, our corporate trainer reviews documentation and explains in detail about predatory lending. That includes specific clauses on bait and switch tactics as well as nondisclosure of details to the borrower prior to close. We then have the employee sign that document agreeing that they will not engage in any practices that could be considered predatory lending (including bait and switch). That document is kept in each employee's file.

I see you are in Raleigh, NC, but complaining of our office in Louisville, KY. That is a bit confusing, but never the less, I believe your facts are incorrect. We have an extensive 2 week training program that clearly communicates all of our policies, including predatory lending practices (bait and switch is a predatory lending practice).
