surepoint lending... they sound great, concerned, compassionate. NOT !! be sure you triple check all figures and numbers. they will tell you one thing and make the numbers work to their advantage. you will get the loan, it just may not be as they have told you it would be. if you trust them to tell you everything and to do what is right, you may be mislead when the ink drys. and.........they will be "so so sorry, oh i didn't realize thats what you wanted, i am just so sorry". these people are pros at misleading and down right lying to you. if you call them on it, they aren't nice anymore, matter of fact, they won't even call you back. rest assured surepoint covers their butt. they depend on sounding so sweet and trusting and may even quote bible verses for you. don't you let your guard down.
these are professional business crooks. they depend on honest, trusting people to let their guard down and get taken advantage of. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

In order to provide an accurate approval, including your qualifing rate and fees, we must have all infomation requested. A social security number was not provided to pull credit. You told us you did not want to give it to us over the phone, but would send it with your income documents. You gave us what you thought was your credit score, but once we actually got your information and pulled credit, the score was more that 100 points lower that what you quoted. At that point, we were already in the loan process. We can only work off of the information we are given, and a situation like a credit score being more that 100 points lower than expected can significantly change what kind of loan will be offered.
We apologize you were not satisfied, but feel like we did all we could based on the information we had.
