I had been doing business with t-mobile for 4 years never once have gone over minutes.And paid our bill every month in full. i had two phones and two plans when everything started to go in the negative. I guess they figure you won't see all there extra charges and you will pay the bill.We threatened to shut off our service with t-mobile and our bill and service got worse and worse.The last bill we have recieved from them was for $1200 we are disputing all the charges. the one with all the over the limit phone calls was actually not working(for about 2 weeks). so we had to order another phone which we paid for in full ($80).

once again I will tell you that i have never gone over in minutes with this company in 4 years. now all of a sudden my phone and my boyfriends phone are over the minute useage. And he couldnt even use his phone for 2 weeks. The funny thing is while his phone wasn't working we were using mine all the time. it went over the limit $11.00 but the one that we couldn't use for two weeks goes over minutes that equals more than $200's. my boyfriend contacted them several times with no response from them. when he finally got a hold of them on numerous occasions they would hang up on us, and they said well you used it you owe it.

So tell me when a phone isn't being used for 2 weeks straight due to not working how does a person go over in minutes. Over $200 in over limit charges. and now they want to chare us for breaking our contract with them $200 for each phone. Also on the bill we had mutliple phone calls to places we don't call. There are multiple phone calls to information that we were charge ten minutes each time. who stays on the line with information that long. There were several calls at all hours of the night we don't except phone calls late nore do we make them we have a baby and a young child we just don't do it. And further more my boyfriend is in the process of starting a business and the reception was so hit and miss you didn't know if you couls make a phone call from block to block.
