Hello! I have been an employee with Tmobile for over half a decade and I know that your issue can be fixed. We as Tmobile employees in customer care and tech support can see your call records and for prepaid customers, we can see the time you called, the number, how long that call was and the charge for that call. If you are being charged for minutes after 7pm, we can see that plain as day.

If possible, write down a call you made after 7pm, the balance before that call, the balance after that call and call customer care. We can pull up the call and write up a Help Desk ticket for you. Crediting back the charge only puts a bandaid on it and doesn't fix your issue. It is actually more cost efficient to fix your issue the first time instead of having you call in everytime you are charged. At the same time, this creates a poor experience for you, our customer and we don't want that.

There are two plans that charge a dollar a day. One is the sidekick prepaid plan.. the other is pay by the day. Make sure you are on the correct plan with customer care because the sidekick plan charges a dollar a day for sidekick internet and unlimited texting, but the calls are always 10 cents a minute, no nights and weekends.
