I was grandfathered in without a contract after completing the two years. I had to let them go due to them billing the wrong credit card account and not being able to correct it. I went to their main local store. It was clear they weren't going to let me terminate. I jumped through every hoop they threw at me..... on and on ad nauseum...... then I realized they were just being spiteful and playing mind games with me. They spent alot of time on the phone with different T-Mobile offices, each trying to pass you on to another. I told them I would just stop paying and let it terminate..... he said "No" they will just keep billing you and send collection lawyers after awhile. I finally did my own estimate for a prorated amount to date and threw the cash on the counter....... still don't know if I'm off the hook. Making your own phone inquiry is a near impossible task. I then went to Walmart got a Tracfone for $15 and am paying an average $7 per month for use. Yes, that's "seven" not seventy! I'm glad I woke up, the $600 per year to T-Mobile can be used for more important things in my life.

A phone company cannot edit your files unless you accept payola from them and do it for them. An ISP can block access to a website, but not edit a page! It would take a James Bond like scenario for them to get into your building at night to pull this off. Please repost my report # 913782 with all the other T-Mobile reports in the slot for July 18th (between July 19th and July 20th). It appears that mostly the seniors in America have caught on to this $20 per quarter access to phone use. If the rest of the population caught on, it would devastate the bandits who oversee all the large network plans, many of which are in the $100 per month range now. You must have immense pressure on you to cover this up, but you must stick to the original intent of Ripoff Report and stand up to them and have the courage to post this on the T-Mobile page.

Report Edited? by T-Mobil? Is T-Mobil removing negative complaints from their search results so consumers cannot find them?

I am the author of this report. It was posted for a few days then could not longer be found on T-Mobile reports page even with an advanced search, but is still listed in your files. Does T-Mobile have advanced hacking capability that they can do this? Ripoff Report please look into this and why it occurred.

Many companies do filter complaints. Can they do that? Yes. Is it fair? NO!
The most common offender of this type of activity are cable companies. Some will even BLOCK Ripoff Report so consumers cannot find out about existing complaints
