T-Mobile Prepaid card East Brunswick, New Jersey

I went to this T-Mobile store at 591 Rt 18 S East Brunswick NJ 08816 yesterday with my at&t go phone which i was using till 2006. I told him that it was at&t and i want to purchase a SIM card only if you guarantee that it will work. He said yes it will work and immediately swiped my credit card for $107($100 card and $7 sales tax). When i tried using the phone with their SIM Card it didn't worked as the phone was locked. When i asked that i am not interested and refund back my money - they simply refused. I talked to the supervisor but no help. Later called the customer support but they are also not willing to help.

Keep on calling Rick at 732-651-8972 but nobody picks up the phone
