T Mobile Rip off Gulfport Internet

 I signed up for the service 6 months ago. Was never able to use data on my phone during this time Peoria. I was was told by t mobile need a smart phone from them and my problems would be over. I purchased a new phone and to my surprise problem was not over. Then they told me I need to boost my signal and sent me a cell spot it like a mini tower. The tower increased my signal on phone, but didn't resolve data transfer issue. They finally came clean 3 months later and told me the tower in my area is over loaded with traffic. I asked when will it upgraded and was informed could be a couple of weeks. Guess what 3 months later still in same position. Bottom line had service for 6 months. Didn't work as they advertise on there commercials and lost with the phone and service over $1000.00. I switch to att service and everything is great. Bottom line t mobile ads are misleading and there service sucks.
