I paid a $100 for Brithday present to my mother's Cell Phone. With in a week

it stopped giving service. I tried the SIM card in another phone it did the same

I bought AT&T SIM card for my Phone it worked in her Phone. I went to

several T-Mobile Stores they could not find my information to get my money

back. Went to facebook and they wrote I would get a refund in near 1o days

I asked again a month about my refund. Over 2 months and still no refund.
