T-Mobile T.Mobile Baited then Switched Internet

Place an order for a family plan on T-mobile website where they had a promotion running at the of  September waiving the activation fees, the bill was close to $140 for the family plan  & we were satisfied because we thought that was reasonable for 3 phones,spoke to rep the same night to complete the process to make sure everything was has stated with their promotion.   However 8 days after we received our phones our bill went to over 300.00.   We spoke to 6 customer service representative including 2 supervisors that refused to remove the activation charges, even though they can see for themselves that the activation fees were waved upon purchase.
T-mobile is a cell phone company who does not honor their promotions and charges you for a month of service you have not used gives you the run around  & load of excuses why they charge you double the fisrt month of service....T-mobile company is a RIPOFF.
