T-Mobile Catherine Zeta Jones: Get more, ur, rip off from T-Mobile! LA California

Personal experience with T-mobile:

1, Phursed phones on the internet got sent to the wrong address since they made a mistake of the stree addess

2, Feature "internet direct call" enabled without my knowledge, cost me hundreds of dolloars ($120)later on for international long distance cost, since when I use my phone card, I have to dial the international call at the end then hit the pound key, they are using that as excuse of I did call, so I will be charged!

3, No signal after moved from Minneapolis to San Diego for 3 months, got answer from their reps that I lived in the wrong area, no early determination without paying penaty for $400

4, Supervisor Ben from reps questioned me that I did have activity since I moved down to San Diego, and suggested hook my cell phone with my home phone to get phone calls; (I complained no signal at my block, not no signal at the town San Deigo, and how do you feel paying $82 a month just putting your cell phone at your home phone sitter?)
