T MOBILE LIARS AND CHEATERS AND THIEVES LAKE ZURICH, Illinois

I had 2 phones from T Mobile--one for me and one for my husband.  I purchased $100
of minutes for each phone.  One day, I couldn't make a call.  I received a message that I was out of minutes.  When I called the T Mobile company, they said that was an error.  I had $76 balance.  I waited the 8 hours and tried to make a call and it would not go through.  I went to the Lake Zurich office.  I was told it was an error and that within 8 hours my phone would be working.  It did not.  My husband went into the office because I am handicapped.  He was told a different error was made that my "time" expired but indeed I had not used the $76.  They made him buy another $25 worth of minutes to "get back" 45 minutes plus the minutes for the $25.  I was outraged.  I made it into the store and demanded to talk to the idiot who forced my husband to spend the $25.  I was told that a year had passed (it had not).  I demanded the $25 back.  The moron (and there are no other "reasonable" words to describe this jerk, said he could not refund the money.  He promised that within one working day, the phone would be working.  I said that was unacceptable.  He then said it would work in a couple of hours--he would make sure.  I told him if I could, I would blow up this den of cheaters, liars, and thieves--unbecoming behaviour on my part--yes--but when you get ripped off this many times from the same company, you "lose it."

The phone NEVER GOT TURNED BACK ON.  I called, went in there again, and then gave up.  NEVER, NEVER use Tmobile.  It is the only service where I could not make or get a call within a building.  I would have to go outside and be clear of buildings and trees.  If I passed a group of trees while on the phone, it went out.  It was the worst service I ever had.  Then on top of it, I was cheated out of $100 and was without an emergency phone that I used mainly for my health.

Thank you Tmobile.  May you burn in hell....No, wait.  May you have to rely on your own phone service in a moment of emergency and it fails you.
