T-Mobile Switching trap. Tried to cancel, send back equipment and they refused! Called and called with bad results. Told different thing at each turn and no one, really wanted to help. My advice, stay far far away from this company. Just a pack of thieves! Silver spring Nationwide

The claimed to be able to save me money and give me a good deal.  Nightmare from the start.  the individual that stated she would return to finish the process and activation Never did or return my calls.  We I tried to do it myself, I couldn't.  Called for help and was given the run-around.  Tried to cancel and that was even worse.  i got stuck with equipment I can't even use or return; and a bill for services I can't even use.  This was my first experience with this company and my last.  Instead of trying to help me either get the service up and running or just canceling it, they just kept putting me off.  Worst company ever.  I would use Verizon or anyone else for that matter before I would even consider t-mobile.  Stay way from this company!
