My report is simple -- I purchased a new home from Taylor Morrison and was given 60 days to sell my current home i've been in for 20 years. Of course after only 8 weeks when my house didn't sell they extended another 4 whole weeks --- This is a very rattled and finicky real estate market here in AZ- and since my house did not sell Taylor Morrison kept $2000 of my deposit I believe this is really bad business and given 60 to 90 days is a joke when if anyone should know better its a home builder on how long it would take to sell a used home There is no specific time when a house might sell.I believe I was really ripped off by Taylor Morrison
