Taylor Morrison's Corporate Sales VP, Graham Hughes, calls black, female, sales associate a Cheeky Monkey - great leadership racial, inappropriate, unacceptable Scottsdale Arizona

Business should be about treating people with compassion, care and kindness.  Not about making fun of them with racial tones and terms.  Graham Hughes, the corporate sales and marketing vice president called a sales assocdiate, in a sales staff meeting a "cheeky monkey."  Doesn't sound bad except the female sales associate is black.  And it didn't happen just once.  Not only did he call her a "cheeky monkey" during the meeting, he wrote an article for his sales dugout internet sales page where he also called her a "cheeky monkey." 

I can't believe they allowed that to go on the webiste.  Complaints about the term being on the website were made and ultimately the offending text was removed.  But does Taylor Morrison do anything about what was written?  No they don't.  In fact, they remove it and do nothing at all and act like it never happend. 

I can't believe they allowed their top sales person in the company to call a black woman a monkey.  I was  offended when I heard it and saw it written down.  I know others were too but no one seems to care because no one did anything about it and he's still free to call people names anytime he wants. 

What a great company and great values.  I guess the complaints never get to the people who should know about them.
